BABY MICHAEL ABARHAM- BORN ON JULY 13TH, 2010



Michael was born to a teenager, age 15yrs old who was raped by unknown men.

                                                      

But God proved Himself as our Refuge & Fortress during the delivery of baby Michael.

It was indeed a miracle with God's full backing.

                                           

                                                 













       MIRACLE BABY ANUOLUWAPO- BORN JUNE 12^TH, 2010

      At Birth 700Grams (Less than a kilo). Refused all medications, each time she was forced to take medications they ended up using oxygen to revive her. Throughout her growing stage she only took communion and breast milk. When she was born there was no incubator in the hospital, but she survived. At 3month, she was over 4kilos.

·    A woman who came into the home with three children by her first husband that is late and a pregnancy by the fifth husband who turned out to be an occultic man. When the pregnancy was 2wks, she took soda to abort the pregnancy. She made two suicidal attempts. She is a young lady and has an OND in business administration. Once had her own accommodation and doing well in business until the first husband died that brought trauma into her life. Getting into the home, we discovered that the pregnancy had been tied and she was made to go through a ritual, and that she has to come back for the same ritual if she is to deliver safely. But since she ran for her dear life there was no way for her to go back. God met with her and gave her a safe delivery, the children were put in school and after about 8month in the home, they were fit to move on.

The Easter Outreach programme was held on Saturday April 23rd, 2011 at Refuge & Fortress.

The event was a huge success as many of the families went home with items like rice, seasonings, tin tomatoes, eggs, matches, clothes for women, while children also went home with clothes, Ribena & Biscuit.

The total numbers of families registered is 91 families and 211 children. Majority of these women are married women, widows and single mothers with occupations varying like traders, hairdressers/stylist, tailors, business women, etc. However, 81 families came for the event

We say thank you to all our Partners, Corporate donors and all our Individual donors who made the event a remarkable one.
